To activate Remote Support, please contact our helpdesk before you activate any of the following connections.

Option 1: Click on this REMOTE SUPPORT LINK and select RUN when prompted with “Do you want to Run or Save this file?”

Option 2: Click on the person you wish to connect to, and select RUN when prompted with “Do you want to Run or Save this file?”
